Heritage Gala

Millennium Biltmore, Los Angeles, May 2026. One day load-in, two hour show.

The Ask

A gala dinner and awards program at the Millennium Biltmore, in the same ballroom where we produce Asian Hall of Fame each year. A seated room, a stage, a two hour program of speeches and presentations, and a rider to cover.

What We Built

Rear projection behind the stage, a lighting design for the ballroom with wireless uplights on the columns, and a PA with a mixer at front of house. Power distribution for the whole room, the stage rider filled, and a spotlight operator for the presentations. Four crew on site for the show, eight for setup and strike, on a one day load-in.
