Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, 2025. Sold out, same day load-in.

The Ask

A sold out night at the Greek Theatre with Robbie Krieger and a lineup of guest artists, each with their own rider. The show needed LED wall content, a full audio package, and a production that could land in the venue and be ready the same day.

What We Built

Two days before the show we built a mock of the Greek stage in Burbank, with portable TVs standing in for the walls, comms, and switchers, so the artists could rehearse the full run with the real cues. We also produced the content for the LED walls. On show day we moved the production to the Greek: LED wall, PA, mixer board, and wireless uplights went in that morning, sound check ran, the show played, and we struck the same night. Seven crew on site for the show, eleven techs on the install and strike, and the riders of every artist on the bill covered.
