TikTok Live Pavilion

The Pavilion at Century Park, Century City, 2026. One day show, one day load-in.

The Ask

TikTok Live needed a one day event for more than 300 creators and partners: a main room with sessions on stage and a livestream going out, plus breakout rooms running alongside it. The Pavilion at Century Park is a bright room with glass walls, high ceilings, and a marble floor, and not much built in production, so we brought the show with us.

What We Built

Two large LED walls flanking the stage, a PA sized for the room, lighting for the room with wireless uplights, and custom glass gobos to put the brand on the walls and floor. Livestream capture and switching from the tech position at the back of the room, with the breakout rooms fed from the same control point.
