TikTok Shop Health & Home Expo

Gale Hotel, downtown Miami, 2026. One day load-in, one day show.

The Ask

A one day TikTok Shop expo at the Gale Hotel in downtown Miami for 800 sellers and partners: a stage program, exhibitor booths, a red carpet at the entrance, and a livestream of the sessions.

What We Built

Three LED walls, rigging for the walls and the lighting, a PA for the hall, and lighting throughout the venue, wireless uplights included, from the red carpet through the booths to the stage. Rehearsals with the presenters before doors, operators on every position, and livestream capture and switching through the show. One day to load in, one day of show.
